Full Time Job
Responsible for gathering creative assets from advertisers; updating ad sales, client and ad agency of campaign’s progress; and monitoring delivery of campaigns. This position supports multiple Discovery brands including HGTV.com, DIYnetwork.com, Foodnetwork.com, and TravelChannel.com.
Responsibilities
1. Develop strategic media plans based on to clients' marketing goals
2. Optimize campaigns for full delivery by monitoring daily delivery of all campaigns running on SNI brands and associated networks
3. Interface with key stake holders including agencies, other sales offices, Marketing, Research, and Creative Services departments
4. Fulfill RFP and process insertion orders, secure creative & inventory by deadline and manage digital production
5. Manage post-sales operations ensuring on-time start
6. Work with ad agencies, clients and internal sales team to gather advertising campaign assets
7. Prioritize and communicate needs with Account Executives, managers and internal departments
8. Complete monthly billing/invoicing inputs for each order line
9. Develop post-mortem of major campaigns – detail delivery, successes, and areas of improvement
10. Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and correct any under/over delivery
11. Reduce out of period accounting adjustments
12. Provide clients with weekly updates on campaign progress with commentary
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in a numerical discipline or equivalent years of analytical experience
* Ability to understand and interpret trends and react with strategic/tactical changes
* Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
* Good technical skills and knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel
* Knowledge of industry technologies (Ad serving, Operative, Salesforce)
* Ability to work face-to-face and electronically (e.g. telephone, e-mail, IM, social media)
* Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
* Ability to lead and work with a diverse team
* Travel required (less than 5%).
* Bachelor degree in a numerical discipline or equivalent years of analytical experience
* 1 year of professional experience or equivalent internship experience
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States
