Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the sold sponsorships, including creation, input and tracking of sponsorship packages, and any related changes throughout the year.
• Develop sales and marketing materials used for sales presentations.
• Manage all aspects of the Sponsorship Overview and Tracking grid that lists all sold and pending sponsors elements.
• Collaborate with key network partners to develop sponsorship marketing concepts for incoming client RFPs.
• Manage and assist with multi-platform sponsorship executions.
• Handle client-based projects from ideation to execution.
• Manage and assist with client integration on-set at program shoots for certain projects.
• Manage various aspects of the sold sponsorships, including creation, input and tracking of sponsorship packages, and any related changes throughout the year.
• Manage and assist with conference calls with sales, network, agency reps, clients for projects.
• Track feature inventory load within programming programs to ensure sponsors receive all deliverables promised. Keep network, production, etc. abreast of marketing elements with respective programs.
• Create post-sell recap presentations to merchandise executed partnership marketing elements for top level clients.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal divisions as well as external groups (ad agencies, etc.) to drive incremental revenue via the successful sell-in of multi-platform partnerships. 13. Communicate with the stakeholders as it relates to client opportunities.
• Sustain in-depth knowledge of consumer and media/marketing industry trends in order to help create unique partnership offerings that differentiate Discovery Communications from competitive Networks.
• Demonstrate creative, open-minded thinking and approach to developing on-air/off-air marketing opportunities for advertisers.
• Observe marketplace and competitive landscape.
• Handle client-based projects from ideation to execution.
• Manage and assist with client integration on-set at program shoots for certain projects.
• Manage and assist with conference calls with sales, network, agency reps, clients for projects.

Requirements
• 3 years of relevant integrated marketing experience (such as advertising agency, media sales/marketing, event marketing, client side marketing).
• Interest in automotive/auto-aftermarket category a must.
• Experience with a joint venture and/or OTT service a plus.
• Live/Post Production experience/background a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of skills, training and experience is required.
• Proven ability to develop creative and unique opportunities to meet advertiser objectives.
• A clear understanding of the importance of client service.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral (strong presentation skills are a must).
• Be able to work independently, detail oriented, attentive to deadlines, have outstanding customer service skills, possess initiative and have proven project management skills (organizational, managing timelines, selling ideas/proposals).
• Basic knowledge in on-air production.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Must have the legal right to work
