Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
• Assist the SEO manager by conducting research and analysis to support overall SEO strategy
• Identify content and search opportunities using site, social, and organic keyword data
• Fulfill ad-hoc and ongoing content recommendation requests from Editorial, Social and Production teams
• Optimize content and landing pages to maximize search engine visibility
• Conduct market and competitive research
• Work with digital marketing team to optimize overall marketing efforts
• Monitor and evaluate search traffic trends across major search engines
• Keep up-to-date with the latest search algorithm updates and optimization best practices
Requirements
Who You Are
• You have a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of SEO experience with content-rich, information-focused websites
• You understand meta data and have experience optimizing content
• You're pro-active with excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• You have a strong SEO research and analysis background with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
• You work well both individually and in a team environment
• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Adwords, Brightedge, Adobe Analytics
• Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape
