What’s in it for you?
We’re looking for a talented Growth Marketing Coordinator to join the Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) Marketing team in this exciting phase of growth. Supporting the Customer Growth team, in this role you will be responsible for assisting in the execution and day to day management of all online and offline customer marketing campaigns, including the briefing, QA, trafficking and management of owned, earned and paid media creative assets and marketing channels.
About You:
• Preferable experience within a subscription or entertainment media environment.
• Detail oriented and exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• A self-starter who can identify new opportunities or testing strategies across multiple channels
• An eagerness to learn and follow industry trends to drive innovation and key results
Responsibilities
1. Support the growth marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across all channels and media types.
2. Manage and traffic all creative assets inclusive of rigorous QA to ensure accuracy of all assets and tracking
3. Assist with planning, pacing, reporting and campaign management of digital and offline campaigns.
4. Assist in conducting A/B and multivariate test in order to increase conversion and drive subscription growth across app and web experiences
5. Perform competitive research on similar industry apps and websites
6. Analyze customer research, market conditions and competitor data in order to incorporate learnings into optimizing digital marketing campaigns
7. Support in development and briefing of new promotions, landing pages, email campaigns and more.
Requirements
* 1 years of experience in a direct to consumer marketing or digital marketing position.
* Ability to multi-task while prioritizing workloads.
* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
* Meticulous attention to detail & strong organization skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
