Full Time Job
Role: Manage discrepancy resolution as an integral element of our collections and accounts receivable processes.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will develop strong relationships with Discovery’s top agencies in order to identify opportunities to improve cash flow. You will work with our collections team to assist and drive the resolution of invoice discrepancies via close coordination with our internal sales teams and their media agency buying counterparts. You will also work with our accounts receivable team to assist and drive the resolution of issues that prevent the application of payments to client accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities
1. Resolve product or service problems by researching discrepancies; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
2. Determine root cause of billing discrepancies and create and implement new procedures to reduce future billing discrepancies.
3. Manage a high volume of transactions and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
4. Play an integral role in providing analytical and deal support between the collections team and internal sales teams.
5. Develop strong and trusted relationships with internal and external customers, and be comfortable in supporting the development of relationships with accounting counterparts at media agencies.
6. Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between management and customers relating to customer disputes.
7. Attend and conduct process status reviews with internal and external customers.
8. Maintain and update documents related to customer accounts, business reports, and Key Performance Indicators.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

* Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set and adjust priorities based on business needs and judgment, work under pressure, and follow through on assigned tasks with limited supervision
* Ability to problem-solve, including the ability to anticipate various outcomes and provide alternative/multiple solutions when possible.
* Proficient knowledge and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
* SAP experience preferred
* Management: 2 years
* Collections/Relationship Management: 3 - 5 years
* Excellent program/relationship management skills as well as strong history of people management & leadership abilities
* Management: 5 years preferred
* Collections: 5 years preferred
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States
