Full Time Job
Manage the execution of all TV and digital bookings and other aspects of the post-sale process for accounts assigned by Sales Management.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain excellent relationships with new & existing advertising agency contacts
2. Review TV insertion orders received to ensure accuracy of deal terms sold; submit orders to Operations; process revisions as required.
3. Review digital insertion orders & process internal template for submission to Operations.
4. Track consumption and pacing on active accounts for TV & digital
5. Review and monitor pre-emptions, discrepancies and reconciliation at month end
6. Provide confirmation reports to clients for pre-campaigns.
7. Confirm receipt of creative materials for TV and digital orders; maintain log for QC team
8. Work with account executives on sales projections tools for management reporting
9. Work closely and maintain rapport with sales, inventory, creative services, traffic, and other internal departments
10. Support sales in ad-hoc requests as required
Requirements
* Team oriented and committed to providing an extraordinary level of service to clients
* Self-motivated and able to handle multiple requests simultaneously
* Organized & detail-oriented
* 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in television or digital environments
* College degree with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
* Bilingual in Spanish and English
* Excellent computer skills including Window, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States
