We're looking for a Los Angles based Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our brands (record label, clothing, events & artist mgmt company). Your primary focus will be to grow our Birdfeed Subscription Service. You will have a passion for the ever-changing digital marketing technologies and expanding a loyal fan base. You have self-management skills and are capable of working across all levels of an organization.
-Responsibilities
-SEO, Adwords, Google Analytics, Online Advertising, Website development
-Develop strategies to drive traffic through media, socials, blogging, advertising
-Curate messaging on websites to drive more sales
-Managing and coordinating the implementation of new website, new features and updates to the Birdfeed service
-Develop a better way fan forum, initiating and moderating conversations on Chirp message board
-Organize assets, artists and deployment of exclusive Birdfeed content
-Analyze data to develop and execute a marketing plan that uses data driven information
-Respond and address customer support issues
-Collaborate with label team to organize Birdfeed release schedule
-Coordinate with content team for marketing across social properties
-Manage and grow email list and correspondence
-Qualifications
-3 years in a music or digital media company
-experience communicating at all levels of an organization, including directly with artists and management teams
-Deep understanding of social and ad platforms
-Excellent skills in Office, G-suites, Dropbox and CRMs
-Project management experience
-Proactive and organized
-Basic Understanding of CMS and Google Analytics, SEO & Adwords
