Corporate Finance Analyst

Digital Domain Holdings is seeking a corporate finance Analyst to join our Port St. Lucie, FL location. DDH is a dynamic and rapidly growing Entertainment Production Company with substantial additional operations in Los Angeles, CA.

Digital Domain Holdings, the parent company of Digital Domain in Venice and Vancouver, is building a new 150,000 square foot digital production studio in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The studio will focus on the creation of original content and digital imagery for animated feature films, video games and military simulation.

The Analyst will play a prominent role in the execution of capital raising assignments including participation in deal origination, client meetings, financial analysis, legal negotiations and other critical points of the deal process. Strong financial modeling skills are a must.

Due to the rapid growth of this company, there is ample opportunity to take on significant responsibility beyond typical Analyst duties. Additionally, the Analyst will have excellent exposure to top-level company and industry executives, as well as private equity firms, hedge funds and other capital sources.

Qualifications:
? 2 years Investment Banking or Private Equity experience
? Successful completion of an Investment Banking Analyst Program from a top-tier Financial Institution
? Outstanding academic achievement from a top-tier University
? Experience with Financial Modeling, Due Diligence and Merger & Acquisition activities
? Strong leadership and teamwork skills
? Superior work ethic
? Proven quantitative and analytical skills
? Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
? Strong oral and verbal communication skills
? Experience in accounting, finance, investment banking, consulting or the media and entertainment industry a plus
