dick clark productions, a diverse entertainment company and producer of a wide range of television programming including awards shows, specials, and reality series is seeking a highly-qualified Coordinator, for the Brand Marketing and Digital Strategy department.
Job Description:
As a member of the Brand Marketing & Digital Strategy department, the Coordinator is an integral part of the team tasked with servicing fully integrated revenue-based sponsorships for Valence's slate of music and entertainment properties with a focus on dick clark productions' live programming.
The Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing account and administrative support to the Sr. Manager and Manager of Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing leading up to, during and after events.
Responsibilities
• Report to and communicate daily with the Sr. Manager and Manager
• Support Sr. Manager and Manager in management of all client accounts to ensure timely and successful delivery of all executions pre-, during and post-events
• Create and manage client event-related logistics, including but not limited to, scopes of work, credentials, hotels, schedules, photographer shot lists, shipments, etc.
• Supervise client hospitality and experiential execution at the direction of the Sr. Manager and Manager, including meet & greets, parties, dinners, rehearsals and red carpet experiences
• Support Sr. Manager and Manager in liaising with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client programs. Internal teams include, but are not limited to, brand strategy team, production, PR, legal and finance
• Support Sr. Manager and Manager in liaising with DCP partners to ensure successful execution of client programs. Partners include the Academy of Country Music, Hollywood Foreign Press, Times Square Alliance and broadcast network partners (namely ABC, NBC and CBS)
• Prepare client account service-related minutes and documents, such as call/meeting agendas, call/meeting recaps and other client communications
• Participate in and prepare notes for discussions during client meetings and calls
• Manage and update trackers and key organizational documents used by the department
• Assist Sr. Manager and Manager in organizing and managing client walkthroughs while on-site at events
• Support Sr. Manager and Manager in developing strategic sales materials for presentations to current and prospective clients
Requirements
• 1-2 years of proven account management or other relevant experience (preferably from a broadcast network, brand or property)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while delivering results
• Ability to work weekend days during events
• Motivated and passionate team player interested in working in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience using Keynote
Education:
• BA/BS degree
