Premium Sales & Service Assistant (Seasonal)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fill all corporate suite client requests for additional tickets, parking, and maintenance concerns in their suites.
2. Design/prepare new suite proposals and suite renewal proposals emphasizing previous season highlights, suiteholder benefits, etc.
3. Distribute Detroit Tigers programs and statistics packet to each suite prior to each home game.
4. Assist former Tigers with autograph sessions and suite visits during each home game.
5. Answer questions, ease concerns, and solve problems associated with individual suites.
6. Assist with pre-game suite benefits, such as, first pitch, batting practice, photos on field, etc.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. The ideal candidate must be at least a college senior, recent graduate (within 6 months).
2. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills.
4. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills.
5. The ideal candidate must be available full-time.
6. The ideal candidate must be willing to work longs hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Office Environment.
2. Some evening, weekend, and holiday hours will be required.
