The CRM Director is responsible for the configuration and administration of the company's Salesforce.com implementation. He/she will work with internal partners to implement and carry out business processes supported within Salesforce.com and oversee/implement any additional development on the platform. Is responsible for database enrichment through appends, data hygiene, and data extracts from the CRM database. Recommends and implements best practices within the Salesforce.com application and database environment. He/she will work closely with the e-Marketing department to ensure that both systems are optimized and synced properly.

What you'll be doing :
• Primary Salesforce.com administrator
• Salesforce.com application configuration and development
• Develop reports and dashboards within Salesforce.com
• Enforce data hygiene and data entry policies and procedures
• Develop and run business support processes and workflows within Salesforce.com
• Lead data integrations between Salesforce.com and external sources
• Ability to define, communicate, and handle change management processes
• Report on data trends and usage and monitor user adoption rates and design strategies
• Assist in developing training plans and maintaining training material
• Perform CRM training and onboarding sessions as necessary
• Identify new and creative ways to use the database to support additional business process and functions
• Primary Docusign administrator
• Development of contract templates and approval workflows within Docusign
What we're looking for:
• Degree in Business Administration, MIS, or similar field required
• Salesforce.com certified administrator required
• Salesforce.com administrator (6-8 years minimum)
• Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation system) experience
• Advanced understanding of data integration, particularly to/from Salesforce.com
• Familiarity with Demand Tools
• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple departments
• Effectively handle multiple project timelines simultaneously
• Strategic planner and analytical thinker
• Positive and proactive attitude
