Full Time Job
Should complete necessary training of the designated process and begin performing the related QC tasks.
• Should understand and thoroughly follow SOPs while performing the assigned QC tasks of the participating process.
• Organize and manage daily assignments to deliver QC results on-time.
• Ensure all non-compliance of the asset being QCed processed w.r.t. to the Client stipulations are identified, recorded and tracked.
• Ensure Client / Process related QC checklists are documented accurately for the QC tasks performed and maintained at designated locations.
• Should understand the priorities of the assigned QC task and deliver results according to Process coordinator's intended daily schedule plan.
• Should maintain punctual and regular work habit in order to achieve target set for the respective QC teams of particular shift.
• Should display Team spirit by being flexible with daily work hours or weekend participation in order to contribute during high work volume periods of the Process.
• Should display Team spirit by being adaptive to any work week/work shift based on business requirements.
• Should exhibit an open mind to utilize feedbacks provided by Client, BU, Leads and senior Team members in a constructive manner so as to improve on task performances.
• Should ensure proper and safe handling of any Department equipment, Client content and related materials without breaching set Department policies and guidelines.
• Display the willing attitude to develop self in order to serve other aspects of the Department when required that would eventually contribute to individual growth.
• Willingly participate in cross-training per busuiness requirement.
• Gain experience in performing all varieties of the Process' tasks independently.
• If the Process serves multiple Clients, should pro-actively achieve capability in performing QC tasks across all Clients.
• Should backtrack on QC bugs/issues raised previously, in order to determine their validity or Client's preferences and thereby improve quality of future results.
• Should gain understanding of the 'Good Practises' norms set for the Process related tasks.
• Should gain self-awareness of Team proceedings, communications and other Company updates by reading e-mails regularly.
