Systems Administrator

This is a Full Time Job

We currently have an opening for a Systems Administrator. This position is located in Burbank, California.

Primary Responsibilities

- Supports/monitors/maintains servers and PCs throughout the company in good health.

- Documents, configures and analyzes network peripherals and performance.

- Supports and deploys Windows and Linux server, active director account creation and management.

- Responsible for designing and installing reliable systems and solutions.

- Testing and deploying software upgrades on all systems.

- Monitoring system performance and data integrity.

- Responsible for deployment and administration of all servers.

- Responsible for maintaining the VCE virtual infrastructure.

- Responsible for confirming correct specifications for all new hardware.

- Assigns tasks to desktop support staff for PC deployment or troubleshooting.

- Monitors other team members for completion of helpdesk requests.

- Position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Worldwide IT.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience and skill-set:

- BS degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field.

- 3-5 years experience working and maintaining servers, network switches, computer hardware and software, email, and phone systems.

- 3 years experience in VMware deployments and support is a must.

- Good experience in EMC storage products.
