We offer complete film and digital solutions for production, post-production, major studio and independent theatrical release, broadcast, home entertainment, archiving and asset management. Deluxe operates facilities in major film, video and digital production markets around the world.
We currently have a position open for a Studio Support Coordinator located in our Wilmington, OH facility.
Primary Responsibilities:
• The Studio Support Coordinator will report directly to the account manager.
• The primary function for the position is to communicate with the studio client (Content Services, Booking/Sales, Cashier offices, etc.), update theatrical digital bookings and information in DTDC's internal booking and key generating systems, and confirming the accuracy of all information transmitted.
• The coordinator position will be responsible for taking after hour calls for kdm approvals from exhibitor support, and to monitor troubleshooting.
• The coordinator position will work closely with other DTDC internal departments to coordinate and supervise the successful exhibition of digital content and screenings on a release by release basis.
• This includes all release bookings, post-break bookings, and all screenings for studio clients. Issue reporting and open communication with the management team is an essential responsibility of the position.
• The qualified applicant is expected to maintain and grow a professional and dependable working relationship with studio clients on a daily basis.
• They will work with DTDC Mastering to monitor the initial DCP processes, communicating booking deadlines and DCP versioning needs to essential personnel.
• Coordinator will be responsible for entering orders to request to transfer DCP content to the shipping hubs in US and CAN, as well as outputting physical media for client pick-up
• Coordinator will work with DTDC Shipping to coordinate duplication orders, special ordering, and to manage inventory needs.
• Coordinator will work closely with DCDC team on the releases via the satellite network.
• Coordinator will work with DTDC Exhibitor Support to improve trouble shooting performance, procedures, and solutions.
• As needed, it is required to work closely with the DTDC Billing department to assist in the accurate billing of exhibitors and studio clients. The proper control and management of all costs to DTDC must be a priority during the completion of any, and all job functions.
• Special projects and duties will be assigned by the management team on an as-needed basis.
Job Qualifications:
• The coordinator must have a great attention to detail, be able to work in a growing and fast-paced environment with a positive, team-player, attitude.
• The ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once is a key element needed for the coordinator position.
• Clear, and well-thought out communication is a must.
• Experience with web-based data entry application systems is preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Shift:
Shift M-F – hours are TBD
Overtime may be required when necessary
