About the team
Talent Acquisition is one of the centres of excellence forming Deluxe's global HR team – we operate in a matrix structure and this role focuses on recruitment for UK and EMEA, reporting to the Senior TA Lead, EMEA & India. The TA team works closely with the wider HR team and as a partner and enabler to the business.
About the Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Deluxe you will play an integral part in supporting the business with their recruitment needs. You will have ownership of the end to end recruitment process, responsible for tasks such as taking a brief and advertising the role through selection, organising interviews and offer management. As a TA team, we are also involved in and manage additional projects outside of typical recruitment BAU activities. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter seeking to broaden their recruitment experience in the international arena and to work as a true business partner.
Overview of responsibilities:
• Oversee role sign off process
• Coordinate recruitment kick off meetings with relevant stakeholders
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for open roles
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Manage internal communications for advertising purposes
• Manage candidates and roles in the ATS (Workday)
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Assist with the preparation of offer documentation
• Ad hoc project work within HR – sample projects include; Design of Global Interview Skills training for hiring managers, systems implementations

• Experience in a recruitment role with responsibility for the entire process
