Position Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Reports To: VP, Sales
Location: Toronto

Job Duties:
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, handling documents and communicating relevant information
• Assist in quote creation
• Interface directly with clients
• Coordinate sponsorship commitments
• Coordinate all details of client events and special events
• Maintain and update Toronto presence on local and corporate websites
• Maintain marketing collateral, including artist credits, demo reels, etc.
• Maintain social media presence
• Coordinate press releases and publicity
• Coordinate activities and development of promotional products with external suppliers
• Assist in maintaining brand recognition
• Work collaboratively with agency and media suppliers
• Prepare creative documents, as required
• Special projects and other duties may be assigned, as required
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales activities are integrated
• Prepare presentations and correspondence, including confidential documents
• Liaise with A/R regarding client account set up and billing memos
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Maintain sales database
• Provide administrative support
• Special projects and other duties may be assigned, as required
Job Requirements:
• Energetic and proactive individual, who welcomes a challenge and is able to work in a fast-moving, quick response, demanding, flexible environment with limited day to day supervision
• Strong skill in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong creative skills
• Must be well organized, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to use discretion and make sound judgment.
• Accuracy, productivity and dependability are important attributes.
• Must be able to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Diploma or Degree in Arts and Entertainment, Film or Television and/or 1 to 2 years experience are an asset.
