Full Time Job
The recruiter will assist our recruitment Manager throughout the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs to hiring including:
General Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews (phone, virtual, in-office) when needed.
• Manage internal recruitment opportunities and external job board postings.
• Collect job and posting metrics for reporting.
• Assist with candidate management and candidate inquiries.
• Assist with Background check/ references checks when needed.
• Prepare and extend candidate offer letters.
• Participate with social media and branding initiatives.
• Partner on recruitment and in-house event planning and coordination.
• Drive other miscellaneous administrative duties that support talent acquisition for the company.
Specific Duties
Recruitment:
• Source and screen applicants, schedule interviews, attend candidate interviews, extend offers and facilitate New Hire Orientation.
• Daily interaction with Artist Management regarding the productions' schedules and needs.
• Liaison with HR and Management regarding hiring practices and procedures and Forms.
• Help to facilitate job posting needs in identifying talent.
• Maintain the Recruiting Department database and in-house Freelance schedule.
• Analyze metrics and generate reports, affording a more focused recruiting effort.
Social Media and Branding:
• Utilize LinkedIn and IMDB to reach out to solid candidates and remain in contact with previous talent.
• Utilize social media like Instagram and Facebook to promote the Studio's presence in the industry.
• Work with Marketing to refine company branding and point of attack in talent search.
• Hold contests to give away swag and promotional wear online and at recruiting events.
Talent Community:
• Coordinate and attend conventions, job fairs, etc. to identify talent.
• Maintain relationships with local, national, and international schools' student advisers.
• Represent the Studio regarding School Outreach for portfolio reviews to identify entry-level candidates.
Requirements / Background
• 3 years employment experience within the film, media, television VFX and post industry, with solid production experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely
• Solid organizational skills
Business Systems Experience
• Workday – Time entry, Report generation
• MS Office Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook proficiency
• Confluence/JIRA, Google Apps, and Social Media
