Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensure error-free and timely payout to our employees/consultants.
• Co-ordinate with Internal/external stakeholders for smooth processing of payroll and compliance.
• Support Com & Ben team for Salary Structure and Quarterly/Annually performance appraisal.
• Analyze reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages and share relevant MIS reports.
• Enhance payroll process by implementing best practices in Payroll System
• Vendor Interaction
• Familiarize team with the updated taxation of salaries, benefits
• Support in developing Tax Saving Policy/ investment plans
• Conduct semi-annual audits of all payroll records
• Reconcile general ledger about payroll transactions (Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies)
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
• Maintains payroll guidelines by updating process as and when required.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
• Introduction to investment plans
• Minimum qualification is graduate with an end to end payroll experience of around 7-8 years.
• MBA HR will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication Skills
• Strong emphasis on Client Focus, Customer Experience.
• Worked on Flexible benefit plans/ tax saving benefits
• Bi-weekly helpdesk systems
• Willingness to adapt/ learn new Process, Programs SOP's/ Execution Plan
• Hands on experience in handling employee queries, process awareness session, Payroll tool
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum qualification is graduate with an end to end payroll experience of around 7-8 years.
