HR Coordinator (6 month contract)
We are looking for a HR Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing HR Service Center.
Supporting our global employee population, you will contribute to the delivery of the human resource and administrative processes and will be engaged in every aspect of the partnership with the global Deluxe HR team. Essential Responsibilities:
Employment Lifecycle Process: Execute employment lifecycle processes within our global HR system, Workday (i.e. recruiting, onboarding, hires, terminations, transfers, compensation and non-compensation related changes, etc), involving direct communication with HR Business Partners and line managers.
Information/Systems Management: Produce reports from Workday upon business or HR requests; maintain system and process documentation; participate in system testing.
Maintenance of information in Workday: perform ongoing audits and correction of data.
Query management: Respond to employees' queries related to all HR-matters via help desk tickets, phone calls and online chat. Coordinate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to address more complex queries.
HR Support: perform a variety of activities to support HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence in the delivery and administration of HR programs and services in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and Employee Relations. Activities include data management, reporting, producing and tracking letters and other documents, scheduling, training event coordination and tracking, etc.
Perform other HR support activities as assigned.
Requirements:
University degree
Proven experience in similar role
Experience with Workday (or similar HR systems)
Experience running reports from an HR system
Experience with a HR ticketing/case management system
Fluency in English and strong communications skills (both spoken and written) is a must
Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software
Excellent customer service skills
Good organizational skills, accuracy, and time management (attention to detail and quality is critical)
Must adapt quickly to changing processes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Must be proactive and exhibit good follow up and follow through
Excellent people and teamwork skills; communicative and open to new challenges in a rapidly changing environment
