We currently have an opening for a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator. This is a non-exempt full-time position located in Wilmington, Ohio and reports to the Warehouse Logistics Project Manager, or a designee or successor.
SUMMARY
The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator executes processes and procedures related to product acquisition, shipping/receiving and field service/logistics operations to support our client and exhibitor partners for a growing footprint of over 2,000 sites (movie theaters) and over 15,000 screens.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Stage and fulfill equipment and systems orders to support the installation and maintenance activity for digital on-screen advertising at movie theaters.
• Perform mid-level bench repair and troubleshooting of hardware components including site servers, screen players, projectors and ancillary networking devices.
• Utilize ticketing system to accommodate incident tracking.
• Proactively maintain parts inventory accuracy; responsible for weekly, monthly, annual inventory reporting and audits.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for fellow team members.
• Develop understanding and use of site hardware and associated server and screen player software components.
• Work overtime hours as needed in the event of special projects or required circumstances.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy when working with internal and external customers.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Understanding of safety rules and the importance of adhering to safe practices always.
• Computer hardware, software and networking knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience using standard Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• Adhere to confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary company and client information.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to delight the customer.

• Work environment is primarily warehouse space with limited privacy and continuous ambient activity.
• Limited outdoor visibility.
