Job Description
Responsibilities
• Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests and provide regular updates on the progress of orders.
• Understanding the client's needs and the internal resources available throughout the production cycle by clearly and proactively managing communications.
• Resolving customer issues to their satisfaction.
• Build strong internal and external relationships with the stake holders.
• Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.
• Day-to-day supervision of employees, scheduling, conflict resolution, tracking performance, metrics etc.
• Capacity management, hiring and training and timely review.
• Guide the team in ensuring the quality standards and improving the overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Highly self-motivated, ability to navigate in fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Detail-oriented, flexible (open to all shifts and work week), enthusiastic, operate with a sense of urgency, and able to meet multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
• Able to maintain confidentiality as it relates to work product.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Experience:
• Should be serving at a Team Lead level or equivalent level for a minimum period of 3-4 years with a team strength of at least 15.
• Should have excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Should have Good Comprehension Skills
Eligibility criteria to apply for IJP:
• Should have a minimum of 24 months experience in Deluxe and minimum 12 months in the current role.
• Should not have had PIP or disciplinary memo in the last 1 year
