Deluxe Media leads the advertising and entertainment industries with innovative supply chain solutions that help market, enrich, and enable media distribution to all platforms and all consumers throughout the world. Deluxe Media is a global company with presence in 9 countries. Our clients include the major Hollywood studios as well as a growing number of on-line retailers.
We currently have an opening for an Account Manager. This position will be located in Universal City, CA.
Primary Responsibilities
• Manage releases to the production schedules, critical path and due date reports
• Liaise with Title Managers and their titles to ensure the due date reports are on track
• Manage various Smartsheets to track new additions, assignments, issues and changes
• Update reports, publish and distribute,
• Manage schedules and title production for the Next Gen EST workflow
• Issue purchase orders to vendors
• Perform browser and tablet based QC on digital content offers
• Provide Customer Support troubleshooting and responses specific to digital e-copy redemption globally
• Perform Eclipse verifier testing and maintain disc audit logs
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set:
• BA degree or 3 years related experience.
• Individual must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, large team environment. Individual will be dealing directly with other technical, creative, and operations employees on a regular basis. Individual must also be able to work independently within their own process.
• Ability to understand critical path and work with project management systems
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and having the ability to write basic formulas and macros
• Proficiency with word processing, Smartsheet, internet, order processing, and database software.
• Two years of experience working with clients in the entertainment industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to interpret delivery schedules and timelines.
• Technical knowledge of video, audio, sub-titles, and compression technologies.
• Technical knowledge of UV, EST, and VOD process.
• Practical experience with internet downloading and streaming.
• Flexibility to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
