Schedule
Two days per week
10:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time
(Days flexible)
Position Overview
This role offers hands-on exposure to professional stage and musical theatre representation, with most work supporting New York-based clients and productions.
Interns will assist with auditions, client materials, and promotional efforts while gaining insight into the day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making of a professional talent agency. Internship hours are aligned to Pacific Time due to the location of division leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Auditions & Submissions
Send audition and self-tape requests to clients
Track deadlines, availability, and callbacks
Client Materials
Maintain and update resumes, headshots, reels, and virtual books
Ensure materials are accurate, current, and submission-ready
Administrative Support
Assist with scheduling meetings and internal tracking
Draft and manage professional correspondence
Social Media
Create and schedule posts highlighting client bookings and announcements
Research & Projects
Research productions, theatres, and industry contacts
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear, professional written communication
Interest in stage and musical theatre
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
