Part Time Unpaid Internship
DDO Artists Agency is seeking a diligent, TECH-SAVVY part-time intern to assist our in Chicago Office. With offices in LA, NY & Chicago, DDO is constantly evolving and takes pride in the personalized relationships we form with our diverse roster of clients. Our work environment leans towards casual, but can quickly become fast-paced - great for promoting growth in our interns. You'll be working side-by-side with our staff, interacting with clients, and learning about contracts, unions, and relationships between agencies & casting. DDO is a great place to begin or continue your journey into the entertainment industry!
POSITION DETAILS:
Minimum 3-month commitment
Two Days a Week, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday,
(If necessary, we are willing to accommodate half-days and other alterations, but full days are preferred)
College credit available upon request
Must be able to work on CST - open to applicants outside of IL as this will be a remote position
MUST be positive & eager to learn about the entertainment business!
Start date: Mid-Late January 2022 - We hire interns year round, currently seeking for the Winter / Spring!
End Date: Depending on start, Mid - Late April
INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and understand casting breakdowns
Work with online accounts used by actors and casting (Voicecastinghub.com, Actor's Access, Breakdown Express)
Call / Email talent for auditions and respond to questions/concerns
Collect, review, and edit audition files, and address any technical issues (Vimeo, iMovie, etc)
Record and maintain confidential client information (inEntertainment)
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Google Suite, Microsoft Office, PC Proficiency
Familiarity with editing is PREFERRED, but not required
Extreme Attention to Detail, Multi-tasking Skills, Initiative, Phone & Email Etiquette, Superior Work Ethic & Organization
Since this will be a remote position, you must have a desktop or laptop and good WiFi and Bandwidth
Salary: College credit available upon request
