DDO Artists Agency is seeking an enthusiastic, self-sufficient, driven, individual to support our Adult Commercial Division.The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, organized, and calm under pressure. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable being a supportive member of a well-established commercial team. A wonderful opportunity to quickly advance into a JR Agent position for the right candidate.
MANDATORY 6 MONTHS (IDEALLY 1 YR.) OF EXPERIENCE ASSISTING AN AGENT, MANAGER or CASTING.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and managing intern program
- Creating, following up, and tracking invoices
- Maintain department calendar and call log
- Return and handle calls on as needed basis
- Communicate with internal and external clients
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating paperwork for clients
-Tracking client's availability
-Tracking holding fees, drafting renegotiation letters, and updating talent conflicts
Requirements:
- 6 months experience at a talent agency, management company, or casting office
- Fluency in Excel, Word, and Google drive.
- Experience in using Calendly and Treollo (Ideal but not mandatory)
- Clear communication skills
- Experience in using websites: Breakdowns, LA Casting and Casting Frontier
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated
- Genuine desire and passion for talent representation as a career
