Have a knack for keeping everyone on track? David Saxe Productions is looking for someone with exceptional organization skills, a keen eye for detail and utter distain for disorder to join the team!
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee scheduling system for all departments including but not limited to the corporate office, box office/call center and theaters
• Maintain predicted audience forecasting formulas to schedule staff accordingly
• Uphold high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information as it relates to employee timecards and time clocks
• Complete multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines
• Compile status reports for Accounting and upper management
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and /or Google Sheets, Google Docs.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Previous experience scheduling 100+ employees
• Advanced analytical/project management skills
• Must be well organized with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Physical Qualifications
• Working environment is fast paced.
• Frequent sitting throughout the work shift
• Position requires repetitive use of arms for answering busy phones and typing.
