Award Winning Post Production House is seeking a Client Service Representative
Cut and Run is seeking a Client Service Representative to work at a fast-paced environment. Our Client Service staff is recognized as the face of the organization. This qualified individual will exemplify professionalism, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. Knowledge of the Advertising and Post-Production industries is a plus but not required. Food Service knowledge and interest is a must!
A typical day as a Client Service Representative:
Forward facing to all staff and clients
Opening and closing the office
Picking up and plating breakfast, lunch and occasional dinner
Making snacks and treats for clients, including coffee, lattes, cheese plates and other appetizers
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the space: offices, kitchen, dining area
Other tasks may include running errands, booking restaurant reservations, and researching local events
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
High level of customer service in order to retain current business partnerships
Sense of urgency: making sure client and staff needs and concerns are being addressed and responded to ASAP
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple ongoing tasks at once
Identify patterns and trends in clients' requests in an effort to proactively address opportunities to improve
Collaborates regularly with coworkers and colleagues
Strong attention to detail & ability to read a room
Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry 50 lbs
