Cultivate Entertainment seeks an experienced Talent Manager to join the team!
At least one (1) year of experience at an agency or talent management company is required (whether as an assistant/coordinator, or previous Jr. Manager experience).
Daily duties for this position are listed below; however, the list does not fully depict the job as it is expansive, and the duties will grow as you grasp a complete understanding of your role within the company. You must possess the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under changing priorities, deadlines, and daily time constraints. This job is designed for someone who wants to build a career in talent management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Submit clients on Breakdown Express
- Pitch clients to casting directors
- Daily reporting and communicating with the Vice President of Management and assistant
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior office/assistant experience with talent representation (agency, management, or casting)
- Knowledge of Breakdown Express and Actors Access
- Interest and knowledge of the industry and its standards
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Must be well versed in Casting Networks and Breakdowns
- A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This position works remotely and in-person.
Salary: This position is commission based
