Summary
The Brand Production and Operations Manager, plays a crucial role as the logistical liaison between the CGBG and our International partners and external vendors. The Manager acts as the Project Manager for the team and is responsible for tracking and delivering creative assets and specs between all parties and facilitating smooth handoffs on all special projects.
Essential Functions
• Manage all aspects of the promo/creative needs for our international partners
- Facilitate the delivery of all creative assets
- Maintain records for all deliveries
- Research and generate music cue sheets for promos being shared
- Create agendas and facilitate weekly meetings and provide updates on projects as needed for the group
- Manage the sale of promos process
• Manage the Brand Production & Operations, Production Assistant
• Assist the Brand Design team with project management
- Assign all Design job requests to designers
- Facilitate the delivery of creative assets to outside vendors
- Assist with Campaign project management with outside vendors
• Partner with Brand Consumer Marketing to help manage all Media Buys
• Understand and facilitate voiceover invoices, payment and SAG-AFTRA documents
• Onboard vendors and freelancers. (Setup accounts/specs/assets/deliveries/NDA)
• Manage Hallmark Movies Now promo related tasks
- Hallmark Movies Now weekly meeting preparation - Send list of active promos for weekly meeting agendas.
Basic Requirements
• 3 - 4+ years of experience in cable or network television on-air promotion or marketing
• Working knowledge of production and post-production procedures
• Proficient using Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Other Requirements/Characteristics
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Possess strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to creatively problem solve and communicate concepts and ideas clearly
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong collaborator and team player
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of video exports, file types and Adobe Premiere
• Knowledge of digital, print and video design file formats and processes
