TITLE: PROJECT/EVENT COORDINATOR
REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Candidate Overview

Responsibilities
The Project/Event Coordinator is a hybrid role that is critical to the operations of Crown + Conquer's Event department. This person is a supporting role for the production of all events including, but not limited to: event timelines, activation and recap decks, vendor sourcing, etc. Under the direction of the Director of Production & Operations Manager, this role is key in successfully executing a high volume of events at the highest possible level.
Job Description
Event pre-production:
• Be a voice in the strategic planning phase of upcoming projects/events. Includes research (as needed) and creation of pitch and activation decks.
• Help create and adhere to project timelines for project deliverables
• Manage storage inventory database and ordering of event related items
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Dropbox and Keynote a must!
• Coordinating and scheduling production related calls as relevant
• Keeping notes on all production calls and following up
Event planning & production:
• Sourcing Vendors (AV, Floral, Catering, Staffing)
• Gathering Quotes
• Handling Floorplans
• Run of show creation & production booklets
• Vendor communication
• On-site logistics for vendor partners
• On Site Coordination
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum 2 years of agency experience
• Excellent (written and verbal) communication and organization skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects at any given time
• Highly competent with MAC as well as MS Word, MS Excel, Keynote for presentations and Google Docs
