ACCOUNT MANAGER [EXPERIENTIAL & INFLUENCER]

Job Description:
Overall Account Management:
-Oversee all aspects of support for the Account Team
-Manage all day-to-day account responsibilities, including but not limited to: creating agendas, taking notes & recapping calls / meetings, creating pitch decks, managing budgets, managing timelines & workback schedules, creating & managing status reports, helping to oversee junior staff members, etc
-Should have high level experience preparing presentations (specifically in Keynote)
-Ability to manage budgets and ensure they are adhered to (inclusive of reviewing invoices, communication with the finance team, etc)
-Should have excellent verbal, research and writing skills; take the lead on creative brainstorms & ideation of new concepts
-Adhering to company and client SOP on all projects regarding purchasing, contracting, and approvals
-Ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage their needs, as well as communicate internally to all team members * Influencer /
Partnership Support:
-Utilize skills to research, identify & engage with various talent/partners (influencers, celebrities, etc) for custom brand activations & influencer campaigns
-Ability to manage influencer/partner relationships on an ongoing basic and create programming/plans for organic integration
-Ability to develop, build out and execute brand partnerships & influencer campaigns/programs from start to finish
-Track, report and manage influencer engagement with the brand by using social insight tools; leverage data and insights to provide strategic recommendations
-Knowledgeable of competitor influencer programs, industry trends, relevant campaigns and social/digital technology *
Event/Experiential Support:
-Have a strong understand of event production & works cohesively with the internal events team to execute events
-Utilize skills to support events team with venue research, vendor management, timelines, production decks and other event related documents, as needed
Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field with 7+ years of experiential marketing experience & account, brand, and/or client management spaces
-Experience and knowledge in influencer marketing space
-Client service, business development and overall program management experience (concept, implementation & execution)
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
-Strong understanding of social media tools and digital platforms
-Ability to multi-task on multiple projects at any given time & manage their time efficiently
-Ability to be resourceful & find creative solutions that fit within any budgetary constraints
-Experience building strategic plans and presentations
-Experience managing budgets
-Keen understanding of Keynote, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite
