Responsibilities:
- Audience research and analysis
- Campaign strategy development and marketing plan creation
- Social, display and audio campaign execution and management
- Pixel and data management and segmentation
- Client communication and reporting
- Coordination with creative team(s), both internal and external for asset creation
- Current trend and technology monitoring and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in paid media management and digital marketing
- Knowledge of core advertising platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Google etc.)
- Experience with campaign reporting tools (Google Data Studio, Datorama etc.)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with creating comprehensive media plans and strategies
- Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to pivot
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing KPIs
- Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
