Intern - Talent Management

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

We are seeking an administrative intern who has a strong interest in the entertainment industry and wishes to gain hands-on experience in an entrepreneurial environment. We are a dynamic, young team of talent managers headed by former ICM agent Tom Klassen. It is a fun environment with several projects in the works, so a great attitude is a must!

Interns may be asked to:
• Submit actors to casting directors
• Send audition notifications to actors
• Collaborate with both actors and casting offices on scheduling
• Provide input on certain clients
• Research industry trends
• Aid general office organization
• Maintain schedules for both managers and clients

Interns work directly with the head of the company, as well as the associates. If you are an aspiring talent manager, agent, producer, casting director, publicist, or simply looking to get your foot in the door, this is the position for you.

Interns must be:
• Available 2-3 days/week; about 8 hours/day
• Self motivated
• Have strong typing skills
• Able to work efficiently on project-based tasks
• Aware of various Social Media platforms
• Interested in entertainment news and willing to keep up with blogs and trades
• Knowledge of Photoshop a plus
• Knowledge of Final Cut Pro a plus

This is a NON-PAYING internship; college credit is available upon request.
