Search for Talent Agency Office Assistant jobs in Canton-GA
CEC is searching for a full time assistant for our office in Canton, GA (likely to start first week of June 2021). Must be organized, have excellent communication skills, self starter personality, phone etiquette, ability to prioritize, organize, multi-task and once trained, work independently. Computer skills a must. Must be reliable and punctual. Microsoft Office necessary on both Mac & PC platforms. Fast paced office environment with a great vibe. Looking for a team player. Knowledge of the TV/film industry.
Requirements: ''Out of the Box thinker'' mentality and ability.
• Serve as primary assistant to President/Owner of above and below-the-line talent Management Company.
• Manage schedules and bookings for roster of clients/artists (film & TV industry professionals).
• Conduct research on upcoming productions; pitch potential clients for film, TV, and commercial jobs.
• Draw up deal memos for booked projects; review, and procure fully-executed copies of all client contracts.
• Coordinate client meetings and interviews, follow through on all submissions.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities and interface with other office personnel (in office/remotely).
• Must be extremely organized, accurate, and fast on your feet while being able to take direction, multi-task & prioritize.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, while continuously following through on day to day.
• Assist in billing procedures. Invoicing, paystubs.
• Attention to detail is a MUST. Not afraid of constructive criticism.
• Exceptional understanding of individual client needs and goals.
• Have an upbeat and friendly attitude that translates on the phone and into your work-day.
• Manage company website and social media including Facebook, Twitter, and online news.
• Communicate regularly with clients, producers, and other entertainment professionals.
• Must know proper phone etiquette, email etiquette. Executive etiquette a must!
• Proficient in Microsoft Word Google Docs, social media.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Cute FTP is a plus, not required.
• Has desire to become a full time agent (plus).
Experience
• Office Management skills: a plus *****
• Film Production: 1 year (Required)
