HYBRID POSITION IN OFFICE TWO DAYS A WEEK
The Yield Analyst for Crackle Plus' Revenue Operations department is responsible for inventory and revenue analysis across the entire Crackle Plus portfolio of properties. The Yield Analyst will manage ongoing and ad hoc reporting and interact regularly with a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders, including Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Marketing and Finance.
Responsibilities:
Compile and update daily inventory dashboard and share insights across the org, including overview for the Crackle Plus Leadership team.
Translate portfolio and property-level inventory into single client avails for media planning and packaging across all sellable opportunities.
Monitor and provide ongoing reporting to Revenue Operations, Finance and Leadership team on bookings, sell-through rates, unsold/unused inventory and vital revenue metrics.
Advise Pricing & Planning and Account Services teams on inventory optimizations across all campaigns to minimize and mitigate revenue liability.
Coordinate with Marketing, Programming and Growth teams to create proactive sales opportunities across multiple networks and verticals.
Guide Ad Sales strategy to the intersection of inventory scale and market demand.
Requirements:
Expert at manipulating, analyzing and reporting on large data sets using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools. Translating data trends to actionable insights is critical for this role.
A command of mathematics and/or statistical modeling will be highly valued.
A minimum of 3 years experience in online media environment, finance, data analytics or related field(s) with strong working knowledge of online advertising industry preferred.
Systems Knowledge:
Microsoft Excel (essential)
Microsoft Powerpoint (preferred)
Google Docs (essential)
Ad Server(s) (essential to have some understanding, can be trained on specific platforms but knowledge of Freewheel is a big plus)
1st and 3rd party analytics and measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe, Nielsen DAR, etc. (preferred)
DMP/Audience Management Tools, such as TransUnion/TruOptik, Nielsen Marketing Cloud, LiveRamp etc. (preferred)
Quick learner, as candidate will require a mastery of our systems and processes within a few months of hire and need to evolve understanding of available tools and industry trends.
Comfortable communicating on phone, video conference and in email with Ad Sales and other key partners, including the Crackle Plus leadership team.
At ease working in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
Passion for Digital Media and Advertising.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must have legal right to work in the United States.
