Boutique Law Firm based in New York and California is currently looking for a Full Time Administrative Assistant to support three Attorneys in their Beverly Hills Office. Ideal candidate will be personable, extremely detail-oriented, motivated, have great communication skills and possess an excellent work ethic.
Responsibilities:
• Answering phones, rolling calls, managing calendar/call sheets
• Entering of Attorney timesheets in a timely manner
• Assisting with document management and editing
• Ordering supplies, managing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Booking travel arrangements and processing expense reports
• Assisting with monthly invoice process
• General office clerical and administrative support
Requirements:
• Previous desk coverage experience in an agency, network, law firm or studio setting (min.2 years)
• Experience with day-to-day operations supporting a Partner or Exec at an Entertainment Law Firm
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and Google Calendar
• Positive attitude and a great sense of humor
Hours are 11-7:30pm (flexible)
