Position Overview
The staff accountant position will handle Constant's bookkeeping, payroll, financial analysis, and basic HR functions.
The staff accountant will report directly to the CEO, and be responsible for a variety of client specific and big picture company related projects, including data analysis (financial and otherwise), furthering business development initiatives, establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, and never stops learning or trying to improve. The position requires strict attention to detail and an airtight appreciation for confidentiality -- these characteristics must be part of your draw to the position.

Position Requirements/Details
3+ years experience with, and expert level understanding of, Quickbooks Online
Experience with Expensify, MS Office
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred
Hands-on experience working with a diverse set of clients at various income levels
Genuine enthusiasm and interest in data analysis / projections
Quarterly budgeting / forecasting; balance and P&L reports
General ledger and bank account reconciliations, A/R and A/P, invoicing
Payroll
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Maintain and balance an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data
Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes. A healthy curiosity and passion for growth: you must be naturally inclined towards re-tooling processes and systems to make them more efficient
Basic HR functions
Clear communication with our clients' financial representatives
Ability to prioritize effectively
