We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Intern who is excited about building meaningful, values-aligned relationships with brands, organizations, and cultural partners.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing platform at the intersection of mental health, creativity, and culture.
What You'll Do:
Research and identify potential brand and nonprofit partners aligned with CIM's mission
Support outreach to brands for podcast sponsorships, collaborations, and partnerships
Help develop partnership decks, pitch materials, and proposals
Track and manage partnership conversations using simple CRM tools or spreadsheets
Assist in brainstorming creative integrations that feel authentic, not salesy
Support follow-ups, scheduling, and relationship-building with partners
Learn how partnerships actually work in media, wellness, and the creative industries
Who You Are:
Interested in brand partnerships, marketing, media, music, wellness, or social impact
Strong written and verbal communicator
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable doing outreach and following up professionally
Genuinely cares about mental health, creativity, and purpose-driven work
Not afraid to take initiative and share ideas
