Winter Intern - Talent Management

We are actively looking for a bright and capable STUDENT to fill a part-time intern position 2 or 3 full days (10am-6pm) per week. Intern must start in January 2026. Length of internship is negotiable, with a minimum of 4 months. Intern must come from a STRONG THEATRE, TELEVISION, and FILM BACKGROUND (NO ACTORS PLEASE) and will help managers support a roster of clients. The position involves responsibilities from administrative duties, research, coordinating travel, appointment scheduling, calendars, learning about contracts, casting breakdowns, and working with management for certain artist related needs (side-projects and social media sites). Prior industry/agency experience is helpful. DO NOT SUBMIT IF YOU ARE AN ACTOR.
We are currently working remotely, with hopes to move into an office soon. All training will be done over Zoom. The candidate must be local to the NYC area. Position will begin training in December.
