Voiceover Assistant
Established talent agency is seeking a Voiceover Assistant to join our Voiceover department.
This is an entry-level role with great opportunity for advancement and growth within the department.
Responsibilities include:
-sending/receiving work contracts from talent /buyers
-sending confidential documents/payroll documents
-updating our database with contracts and tax documents
-constant correspondence with agents/talent/buyer
-editing MP3's, listening to auditions
SKILLS NEEDED:
-organized
-multitasker
-self starter
-detail-oriented
-able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
-follow up skills are a must
Experience with accounting/business affairs for an entertainment company (studio, agency, union, production company, etc.) strongly preferred.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years entertainment experience required
Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook
Multi-tasking & prioritizing urgent issues effectively
M-F, 9:30AM-6:30PM.
MUST LIVE IN THE Los Angeles Area! Or are planning to move here very soon.
