We are a full service creative agency that delivers comprehensive campaign services to fortune 500 companies. Our office, although casual and fun loving, is highly focused. Our diverse clients range from high profile individuals to fast-growing restaurant chains, from multinational corporations to local powerhouses.
We are seeking an experienced Videographer/ Photographer to work with our Media Content department for an event specific assignment in the NYC area. Shooting will take place November 3rd, 5th and 9th. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, should be knowledgeable of all digital mediums across various platforms and be able to create video content accordingly.
The shooter position specializes in wearing multiple hats in the video production process including: shoot prep, operating camera, basic lighting, audio and producing. They will shoot to support our Video Production department on Partnership related content. This role should be a high energy, positive attitude, creative who can produce ''quality'' small video packages. Knowledge/expertise in the Sports & Entertainment industry is a plus!
Responsibilities Include:
Shooting dynamic and exciting Brand footage.
Shooting Live Events and BTS.
Knowledge and skill with lighting and composition.
Delivering footage in proper format and under department specifications.
Communicate regularly with the Head of Media Content to receive notes and make adjustments as required.
Develop detailed shot lists for each show that capture conditions including (but not limited to): installation, vacant architectural shots, populated booth shots, candid interactives, close-ups and product shots, wide-angles, highlights/depth-of-field, attendee engagement.
Batch process raw images.
Stay current on all contemporary and emerging photography and video techniques, standards, best practices and equipment.
Plan, shoot and direct;select or set up camera shots and graphics.
Coordinate creative, technical, and pre and post-production activities to acquire quality video content.
Qualifications
Proven experience shooting BTS, events, recap, videos, commercials.
Proficient with Ronin camera stabilization or similar
Ability to deliver great work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Knowledgeable about various shooting and techniques.
Expertise in small shoot set ups to include - lighting, video and audio equipment.
Excellent eye for composition and strong photographic aesthetic.
Experience with shooting in all types of conditions/lighting environments.
Up to date with current photography and editing standards and styles.
Must be comfortable on set and willing to work as a team member as well as be able to work independently.
Ability to adhere to notes given by the Head of Media Content and see the projects through to the end.
