As Video Operations Post Producer, You will help transform strategic goals into creative campaigns that surprise and delight our players. Responsible for providing S-tier support across all of our edit, media management, delivery and archiving operations you will work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure our IP is delivered correctly, on-time and archived in our DAM.
Responsibilities:
Provide in person and remote assistance to editors inclusive of ingest/transcode, sync, stringouts and conform.
Archive media and projects for future rebuilding and retrieval.
Fulfill asset requests.
Collaborate with the post-production team to create workflows, organize and future-proof projects, initiate best practices, and resolve software issues.
Train internal and external partners on process, best practices for delivery.
Create final deliverable packages for localization.
Further develop the archiving process across creative, working with internal and external partners to build efficiencies.
Qualifications:
Deep understanding of the post-production pipeline: Offline, online & conform, basic compositing, gfx and Color.
Proven understanding of devices, frame rates, codecs, file formats and cameras.
Expertise in the operation of Media Asset Management workflows within on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments.
Comfortable writing documentation.
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
Meticulous, organized, and strong attention to detail especially when it comes to Video QC
Desirable:
Python or other scripting for creative pipelines.
PC, Console, and Mobile games marketing and/or creative content experience
Experience with Project Management tools (ie. Airtable, Smartsheet)
Understanding of Visual Effects/Motion Graphics/Animation.
