We have an immediate opening for an experienced on staff person. This is a technical position, see overview below. It is a variable-hours full time position. Estimated hours per week, 32-40 M-F with occasional weekends. Days, times and shifts vary in length. Work week and hours will vary but are generally known in advance. Productions include weekly studio and field productions, sporting events and other special events. This person will work with clients and other production personal.

Overview:
- Comfortable in all technical aspects of video production, including studio, field, lighting and sound engineering
- Evaluate meeting/event locations to include power needs and other technical requirements
- Experience with the technical aspects of virtual and hybrid events
- Have experience with broadcast equipment including troubleshooting equipment
- Direct and technical direct switching between multiple cameras and other sources
- Setup and break down of production van to include video cameras, video interfaces, cable runs, operation of analog and/or digital audio mixer, video switcher, video/audio playback,
- Camera operator, technical director for on-site and virtual events.
- Experience creatively editing footage and capturing footage for quick turn around projects including organizing raw media and selecting final output
- Create still and motion graphics; for example logos, titles, opening/closing, lower thirds. May be required to use templates.
- Studio set-up, tear down
- Good grammar and spelling of the English language
- Convey a professional manner
Education and Experience:
- At least four years of detail oriented experience in live event/broadcasting and AV media support
- Operation of both analog and digital audio mixer, patch and route signals to auxes and outputs.
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe Illustrator, Edius
- Proper use and care of wireless and wired mics
- Setup and cabling of video sources including manned and unmanned cameras, computers, playback and recording devices, converters
- Able to operate and troubleshoot all equipment with minimal direction

3. Excellent eyesight with ability to see color
4. Excellent hearing
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
6. Ability to sit for long periods of time
7. High school diploma and minimum AA degree or a course of study in television or related digital production.
8. Must speak and understand the English language fluently.
9. Must not live more than thirty minutes from the Tri-Valley (Dublin, Livermore or Pleasanton)
10. Minimum age requirement 18.
11. Must have own transportation and a clean driving record.
