An International commercial production company with creative, hardworking, and fun execs and staff is seeking a director's assistant / treatment coordinator in their Hollywood office.
This job position works closely with the Executive Producer, Head of Production, Bidding Producer and the directors on our roster. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordinating & designing treatments and visual pitches, maintaining digital vault, tracking jobs in post-production, updating company website, managing filing system for production details in online CRM system, and heavy email & phone communication.
Candidates should have assistant and film production experience, be tech-savvy, STRONG experience with Photoshop and InDesign (must provide design samples using these programs), general experience with Adobe Premiere & Adobe Creative Suite overall, experience rolling calls, and ability to learn and follow our general commercial production procedures. The ideal candidate will have had at least one year of industry experience at TV, film, or commercial production companies.
Must be versatile when it comes to understanding and learning software as well as IT procedures, have strong creative writing & communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and be a self-motivated, quick thinker. Having a creative drive, good taste and a sense of humor is a MUST :) This is a great opportunity to gain more production sensibilities, work with directors, and glean expertise from industry veterans within a growing company in a very supportive but intense environment.
Requirements:
- Driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Mac OS.
