Commercial Talent Payments Coordinator
Part time Position
Primary responsibility of the Talent Payments Coordinator is to ensure timely processing of client payments. Responsibilities include basic accounts receivable duties for the full life cycle of a talent contract. Analysis of SAG contracts to track, invoice, follow up and resolve payments accurately and efficiently.
Talent payments accounts receivable/accounts payable duties
Understanding of SAG scale 21-month contract cycles/maximum use dates/renegotiations a plus
Follow-up of client monies and outstanding invoices
Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Bachelors degree required. Must have accounting experience.
Strong interpersonal skills
Unimpeachable integrity and can be trusted to maintain confidential information
Basic understanding of contract language
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
