JOB DESCRIPTION
Role includes supporting and expanding exclusive roster of digital native talent as well as leading and executing creative deal making for these clients. This position will be responsible for managing revenue-generating opportunities for portfolio of top YouTube and Instagram influencers. This person will also be responsible for helping the company to identify, sign and onboard new talent as applicable. You will be responsible for business development and project management for your roster of talent including endorsements, appearances, licensing, book deals, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and execute deliverables for talent brand campaigns
• Develop strategies, proposal materials and deal structures based on business objectives and Influencer's interest and goals
• Create strategic partnerships to enhance Talent's resume of work
• Coordinate with internal departments to develop proposal ideas and plan elements
• Manage day-to-day business relationships with third-party buyers and identify growth opportunities for Talent
• Cover relevant brand agencies, entertainment studios and ad buyers
• Identify and sign new Talent
• Assist with other business ventures including original production, .coms, merchandise, and more as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of talent management or agency experience
• Experience and understanding of digital influencer/talent landscape strongly preferred
• Proven ability to develop and effectively manage strong working relationships with young, emerging talent
• Experience working with lifestyle talent and/or brands preferred
• Strategic and creative thinker able to align department with overall company business goals
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills
• Must be proactive, resourceful and efficient
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
