Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the staff assistant position is to provide administrative support to the Talent Management team. The day-to-day supervisory function for this position is conducted in collaboration with the staff head. This position is perfect for someone who has experience working in the entertainment industry and wants to grow with the company!
Must be Proficient in:
Mac Computers
Microsoft Office
Social Media
Impeccable Organizational Skills/Attention to detail
Actor's Access
LA Casting
Casting Frontier
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Take down daily messages for Talent Managers
- Call out auditions and make sure info is correct for all auditions
- Manage the Call Sheet Book with Booking Call sheets
- Take Client Meetings and maintain client database accounts
- Set up meetings for clients with talent agencies
- Make client paper files
- Enter client paperwork into database
- Send out Booking Emails and confirm all booking info in the booking database and enter correct ad agency, production co info in the address book
- Maintain Bookouts Database
- Narrow down client pictures
- Be available to answer emails & client calls after hours
- Keep office areas, clean and organized due to COVID-19 restrictions
- Observe safety practices & Report any safety concerns
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a positive manner; focused on improvement or problem resolution in a constructive, positive, and professional manner with staff, clients, vendors & industry professionals
- Regular attendance
