Talent Management Assistant & Personal Assistant to CEO
Seeking an extremely intelligent, self-starting, reliable, trustworthy, competent, consistently hard-working individual who wants to eventually become a talent manager.
You should be someone who wants to eventually become a talent manager. Someone who enjoys scouting talent, advising and promoting talent, and who has a strong desire to learn and grow within the company. Other positions in the company include Talent Coordinator, Junior Manager and Talent Manager, among others.
As you work with the company, you may be trusted with working 1:1 with talent to help them grow their careers, as well as given opportunities to take large steps in your career.
The Opportunity
This is a unique dual role for an individual aspiring to become a talent manager. You will serve as both a Talent Management Assistant and the Personal Assistant to our CEO. This position provides a direct line of sight into the industry's inner workings and is designed to be a launchpad for a successful career within our company.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support: Manage scheduling phone calls, email correspondence, digital and physical files and other clerical duties for the CEO and company operations.
Talent & Marketing Support: Assist in developing pitch materials, client presentations and marketing graphics. Engage with social media, update client profiles on industry websites, and help scout and identify new talent.
Personal Assistance: Provide discreet and efficient personal support to the CEO including running errands, managing personal appointments and handling various logistical tasks.

Exceptional writing, grammar and communication skills.
Superlative intelligence; innovative, out-of-the-box thinking, yet a teachable mindset. Ability to receive and retain training quickly. Humility and willingness to earn advancement.
Aptitude for managing social media platforms.
A sales-oriented person with the ability to engage confidently in-person by phone and via email.
Meticulous organization and a high level of attention to detail; comfortable with spreadsheets and data management.
Proven trustworthiness and reliability with excellent professional references.
Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
A proactive attitude, strong initiative, and willingness to handle a wide range of tasks from high-level projects to essential errands.
A collaborative team-player mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nearly Necessary
Expertise with video editing, graphic design, deck creation.
Extreme internet fluency, web design experience
Previous experience at a talent agency or management company.
A deep understanding of the current entertainment industry landscape.
