Post/Motion Graphics/Live Action Production house seeking a full time Front Desk Production Assistant for our studio located in San Francisco. This is a excellent opportunity for anyone who is interested in getting a start in the production career path leading to Production Coordinator, Associate Producer, Producer, etc.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Open and set up the studio each day and close as needed Monday through Friday.
Contacting appropriate vendors should any issues arise dealing with the office or in the scope of production.
Ordering supplies necessary: Studio kitchen, office supplies, etc.
Coordinate with producers to make sure editorial suite is equipped with the proper furniture, phones, internet-connection, etc. as per the client's needs.
Conduct and direct client services.
Facilitate in setting up for per-pro meetings, events and client visits.
Basic cleaning of kitchen and studio as needed throughout the day.
Greet clients and direct any visitors.
Answer all phone calls in an exceptionally professional and welcoming manner.
Some executive assistant tasks.
Facilitate travel arrangements occasionally.
General office duties.
