Noble Steed Music is seeking a young, passionate Studio Manager & Social Media Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who loves music, recording studios, and the behind-the-scenes process of making great records-and who wants to grow into a larger role within a creative business. The ideal candidate has studied recording as a focal point of their degree (i.e., major or minor in music and/or recording)
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Engineer during recording sessions
Support daily studio operations, including session prep, scheduling support, and general studio management
Capture photo and video content constantly for social media
Post and manage content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Help maintain a professional, welcoming studio environment
Learn and assist with both analog and digital recording processes
Support artists and staff as needed during sessions and studio events
Track studio maintenance punch list and ensure that gear is working optimally
Qualifications:
Strong passion for music and recording studios
Basic understanding of recording technology and signal flow
Working knowledge of Pro Tools
Interest in learning analog and digital recording techniques
Comfortable capturing and posting social media content
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to grow and take initiative
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
